Send the reports

After On-Page SEO tasks complete, We send the reports to the customers or reseller with resellers business details.

  • Get website urls

    We get the potential client website URL from the reseller. We do preliminary research (Including keywords, website audit, competitor, etc. or if anything client has mentioned specifically).

  • Provide recommendations

    We provide recommendations based on the customer's services / products / target / audience / budget etc. Once all Keywords finalized and services performed, We start the On-Page SEO tasks.

  • On-Page SEO tasks

    Once all Keywords finalized and services performed, We start the On-Page SEO tasks. The list of tasks is listed in the attached STRATA SEO task list spreadsheet. We send all this information for proofreading if the client needs it.

  • Send the reports

    Once the one-time setup (On Page SEO tasks) complete, From Immediate same or next week we commence the ongoing (Off Page SEO) tasks from listed attached STRATA SEO task list spreadsheet. Every week (Monday or Friday) depend on the client's requirement, We send the reports to the customers or reseller's.

  • Weekly report

    We send weekly and monthly reports based on the tasks and performances of the accounts.

NOTE:

All SEO reports are branded with resellers business details including Logo, Business address, Color code, etc. We send all these reports using one of the reseller's email address that has created for us to be used and both reseller and we have access to these email id (Example - Reports at yourcompany.com etc). Or we send it to the respective representation from the reseller company and they can just forward it to the customers.

Nothing needs to change in the report as it would already be branded with the client's brand.
 We escalate all client's issues directly, 99% resellers do not need to involve in day to day process, once the account has set up.
